The DTC supports Cathy Osten for State Senate. She is a long-time resident of Sprague. As First Selectman she was beyond doubt the most productive First Selectman in the town’s history. As a State Senator, she has defended and promoted the values of the Democratic party and has earmarked millions of dollars for projects in Sprague.
